Zoning Interpretations

The Director of Planning has been designated by the Board of Supervisors as the Administrator over the County's Zoning Ordinance and, as such, is the designee to interpret the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. These interpretations are a means for provisions within the Zoning Ordinance to be clarified. The following interpretations have recently been made by the Director:
