Hanover Youth Perspective

The Hanover Youth Perspective (HYP) is an organization of students that provide a youth perspective on county land use issues. HYP membership is comprised of 21 students that are enrolled in the 7th through 12th grades. The members meet monthly on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:30PM at the Hanover County Administration Building. HYP meetings welcome public participation. Hanover is currently accepting applications to be a part of the Hanover Youth Perspective Team. Member selection is based on completeness of applications and the need for representatives from each of the County's middle and high schools and the County's seven magisterial (election) districts.
